He quickly established a trusted advisor’s rapport, conducted various personal assessments including a 360 assessment, and developed a plan for growth. Over the next six months, with ongoing coaching, the client’s skill set improved. This increased his comfort level in his new role and he soon became a valued member of the firm’s leadership team.
