Nancy brings a unique perspective to her role as a professional coach drawing from her extensive experience as a highly effective corporate lawyer. For over 25 years, Nancy has counseled and coached senior executives, boards of directors, and lawyers on a wide array of business and legal matters. In addition to her JD, Nancy has a Master’s degree in Counseling and Organizational Psychology from Adler School of Professional Psychology. She has a J.D., from the University of Virginia, School of Law, and a B.A. from Yale University. Prior to becoming a professional coach, Nancy was Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Diamond Technology Partners, a publicly-traded management consulting firm, where she created the firm’s legal infrastructure, structured and negotiated all of its domestic and international acquisitions, and teamed on a regular basis with the firm’s HR and Finance departments to effect merger integration and change management processes. She also served in prior roles as Assistant General Counsel to Sears, Roebuck and Co., partner at Schiff Hardin LLP, and associate at Kirkland & Ellis.
