For over 30 years, Mike has been helping large and small organizations solve their employee life cycle issues related to Hiring, Developing, Retaining, and Transitioning employees in a broad range of industries, including automotive, financial services, legal services, energy, manufacturing, medical, federal government agencies, universities and non-profits. As Managing Partner, Mike is responsible for the total client experience as well as developing strong customer relationships, aligning HPI’s services with the needs of our business partners. Mike has been fortunate to provide human resource consulting services to employers such as, AMA, Accenture, Boeing, BP, Chrysler, Deere, Donnelley Financial Solutions, Dow Chemical, Jenner & Block, Kirkland & Ellis, Kraft, LSC Communications, McDonalds, Motorola, Prudential, RR Donnelley, USG, US Dept. of Defense, US Treasury, and many more.

Prior to joining HPi, Mike was Vice President and District Manager for Drake Beam Morin, managing the customer relationships and delivery of services to organizations throughout the Midwest. Before his work at DBM, Mike spent several years in a senior management role, with total P & L responsibility, for a division of GE Capital, providing services to Fortune 500 firms. A lifelong Chicago area resident, Mike is a graduate of Loyola University of Chicago and is an active member of the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM), the Human Resource Association of Chicago (HRMAC) and Worldwide ERC. Mike and his family are also involved with the Christopher and Dana Reeve Paralysis Foundation, working to find a cure for paralysis.
