Howard brings more than 30 years of career transition, training and human resources experience to HPi. His expertise includes performance coaching, career transition, training facilitation, talent management, team building, and public speaking, as well as, program design & development. Howard focused his earlier career in Human Resources with management positions with Jensen Sound Labs & Phillips Medical Systems. He opened his consulting practice in 1991, joining Right Management Consultants soon after as Vice President. For the last 10 years, Howard returned to private consulting as Founder & Principal of Campbell Career Coaching. Howard has a degree from Northern Illinois University and completed graduate studies in Industrial Relations from Loyola University – Graduate School of Business. Howard also specializes in working virtually with HPi/OI Global Partner clients around the country. He and his family live in Chicago.
