Drew has over 20 years of related business experience, holds a Master of Arts in Education and Human Development from George Washington University. Drew is a past Co-president of the Michigan Chapter of the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine and is a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute. He has served in a variety of executive positions, including those in a Fortune 250 company. Drew has extensive experience as a coach and works with those at all levels in an organization from new managers to senior executives, including 15+ years in corporate human resources and 10+ years in consulting focusing on organizational and leadership development. Drew held a Leadership role in the merger of James River and Fort Howard corporations to form Fort James (a Fortune 250 company) where his responsibilities included outplacement for over 200 displaced employees along with the organizational design, role definition, selection and hiring of over 400 employees in the Deerfield headquarters. Drew has provided coaching in the areas of career transition, leadership development and life purpose and satisfaction to clients varying from recent graduates to seasoned physicians, attorneys and C-Suite executives. Drew is one of a select group of external coaches approved to provide service to the University of Michigan Medical School as well as assessment, identification and implementation of initiatives to address culture change, senior team functioning and organizational effectiveness.
